MORTGAGE SALE

The building and land known as 675 Archibald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 2862315/1 will be sold at auction on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. by teleconference. There will be no in-person attendees at the auction. The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that on the subject land there is a commercial building approximately 4,348 square feet, more or less and is an irregular shaped building. The Vendor is further advised the subject property is a 3-unit, 3 storey building. The Vendor is advised that the commercial building was built in 2018 and is a Class D building with a wood frame. The Vendor is further advised the commercial building sits on an area of 11,244 square feet, more or less. The second floor has an area of approximately 2,000 square feet.
